OUR STORY
Clothed In Grace Inc. is a faith-based nonprofit organization committed to mentoring young ladies ages 11 to 21. Our goal is to walk alongside them as they navigate life’s challenges—offering support, encouragement, and guidance every step of the way.
Through mentorship, we aim to build confidence, establish trust, and create a strong, well-rounded community of young women who are empowered to grow and, in turn, uplift others. At Clothed In Grace Inc, we believe in creating safe spaces where every girl feels valued, heard, and loved.
Rooted in faith, we extend grace to all and foster an environment where young ladies can thrive, discover their purpose, and become the next generation of strong, compassionate leaders.

Rashanda Barber is an experienced educator with over 15 years dedicated to shaping young minds and making a lasting impact in her community. She is the CEO and founder of Clothed in Grace, Inc., a faith-based nonprofit organization committed to mentoring and empowering young ladies. Her mission is to help them build confidence, discover their worth, and navigate life with grace and purpose.
Rashanda’s passion for children runs deep. She believes every child is unique, special, and capable of greatness when given love, support, and opportunity. With a heart especially drawn to young girls, she works tirelessly to create safe spaces where they can grow, thrive, and realize their full potential.
In addition to her work in education and mentorship, Rashanda is a lover of music and a devoted woman of faith. Her life’s purpose is rooted in giving back, honoring God, and making a difference in the lives of those she serves.
